Refunds and Cancellation

Most refunds for flights are issued within 12 weeks. Some refunds could take a bit longer, depending on the airline stated policies. Refunds for hotels or cars or Tour packages are processed within our normal timeframe of 72 hours from the time of cancellation request. Keep in mind, that your bank or payment service determines when the funds become available in your account.

If you find an issue with your flight tickets or hotel reservation booking, you can make changes to it. Some changes are free of charge, while charges may apply to others. Charges will vary depending on the type of changes as well as the third-party providers’ rates etc.

Cancellation policy

Most hotel and apartment bookings can be cancelled without penalty before the cancellation deadline. Cancellation of a purchased tour package must be done at most two weeks before the tour scheduled date and attracts a 20% surcharge fee. Refunds are unavailable but the tour will be rescheduled for another batch/date of the same tour. This means the customer will augment this deficit on this sum when they are ready to embark on another batch of the same tour. Tours cannot be cancelled more than once. More than one cancellation will result in 100% forfeiture.

Refund policy

When you cancel your hotel or vacation booking, you may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund of the amount you paid, usually less tax deduction depending on the terms and conditions of your booking. When and how you receive that refund will depend on how you paid for your booking.

Refunds for debit card payments

We will process your refund and credit the card you used to pay for your booking within 72 hours. If you haven’t received a credit within 7 business days, please contact your bank.
